“My own journey of physical mastery began 25 years ago. At the age of 17, I decided to become a competitive bodybuilder. My focus, and the privilege of working with some of the best in the field enabled me to perfect the science of losing fat and building lean body mass. I placed second in my very first bodybuilding competition. This became a defining moment in my life…

Founder, Elliot Negron
NPC’s “Mr. East Coast” in 1991

For the next 5 years, I continued to compete — going on to win the overall title of 1991 NPC Mr. East Coast Body Building Championship. Simultaneously, I became a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and opened my private studio.

Striving to teach my clients the best and most powerful ways to sculpt their bodies, I immersed myself in the art and science of fat loss and strength training. In addition, I explored mind power techniques to enhance motivation and focus, such as visualization, self hypnosis, concentration strategies and more.

These modalities opened me to the amazing power of the mind, and so I began to incorporate body/mind training into the work I did with my clients.

While in the pursuit of mental mastery, I retired from competing and changed the course of my destiny.  My new focus became the art and science of harnessing the power of the mind. I studied with the Co-founder of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Richard Bandler, and received my certification as an NLP Master Practitioner. Shortly afterword, I traveled to Hawaii, investing one month studying hypnosis and NLP with Dr. Tad James.

Having these experiences, truly mesmerized me. I was shocked to discover how powerful the mind really is. I began to ask myself, “What ELSE is there?… Beyond the body?…Beyond the mind?” I found myself studying quantum physics, yoga philosophy, and Eastern spiritual techniques.  These studies led me to John Overdorff, a hypnotist and adept in quantum linguistics, with whom I received a certification in Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology and Ericksonian hypnosis. My wanton curiosity then took me around the world, exposing me to the teachings of the the Vedas in India, the Shamans in South America, and the antiquity of the Egyptians.

Through my evolution, Body Creation has become a time and space of embodiment. I’ve come to understand that the body, mind, and the spirit are ultimately one in the same – inseparable and complete. To me, this is what physical mastery means. Body Creation is a journey, a path that we will pave together. And at that, a path that will change your life, as it did mine.

Wherever you are is where we will begin.” – Elliot Negron, Summer 2012
